A strong graphic design and branding team to make your project or event shine in a localized manner (a local designer on each project enriches our cultural context; we use Canva and Adobe Illustrator as well as specific platforms to meet your needs
A strong translation and foreign language quality team that speaks multiple languages (continually adding more) to provide quality translation and editing
A strong event planning and facilitation team to support your event before, during, and afterward, including strategy development, facilitation, emceeing, and event management
A strong data analysis and reporting team with technical and statistical skills to collect and analyze information to support the M&E strategy, providing project reporting
A strong vendor and project management team with project management professional (PMP) certification and an accountability framework for quality
A strong ESG team of experts ready to advise, train, and consult on ESG practices, standards, and implementation

In the Skillbridge Journey

At times, this service stands alone. However, more often, it is a continuation of other services so that there is a continuity of measurable social impact.
Sustainability support may be needed for continued maintenance or enhancement of the assessment.
For training, sustainability support may include rolling out training or continued facilitation.
Coaching and strategic action planning may include serving as the Master Coach for a short period or managing the coaching process and key performance indicators.
Measurement and evaluation may include continued and ongoing data capture and analysis.
For all services, translation or project management may be needed.

Examples of This Service

Annual Graphics and Branding for Food Safety Forums: We designed the logo and staging and created all print, collateral, giveaways, and display products.
BizOrigin Tanzania Event: Leveraging our partnership with Agolix, we revised the questions and approach to the assessment and created an online assessment, custom reporting, and a quality action plan on Smartsheet to track progress on actions and measure healthcare outcomes.We designed the collateral, developed the event’s strategy, managed the event, coordinated the speakers and breakouts, designed the communications, and emceed the event. Coaching for Improved Performance: We made this course available in French, and it is just one of many courses we have translated with high quality.
Sustainability in Banking and Finance course: Our instructional design team and ESG experts teamed up to provide cutting-edge ESG training with timely, localized ESG examples.
